In 2011, Richard and Bryce achieved a significant milestone: they secured financing and purchased their very own printer. They installed it in the garage, finally bringing the production of their wallpaper in-house and putting an end to overnight shifts in front of demo machines. Through Richard’s persuasive efforts, they obtained a fantastic shipping rate from the local TNT representative—a rate they still maintain to this day. They printed their orders and drove them down to the depot themselves. Their packaging had even seen an upgrade.

They rebranded as IMGS Custom Wallcoverings, focusing primarily on providing custom solutions for trade clients. This change marked the end of their canvas print production, a difficult decision as it was still contributing to their revenue. However, it was a necessary step to ensure the success of their wallpaper venture.
